Welcome to Blue Palm Beach House, your ultimate vacation destination! This stunning home boasts modern amenities and luxurious finishes, making it the perfect beach retreat for families and friends. Situated just minutes away from the beautiful Choctawatchee Bay and Gulf of Mexico, you can bring your boat or jet skis and be on the water within minutes. With the addition of a private heated pool coming in late spring/early summer 2024, this beach house will be even more appealing!

First Floor:
★ Master Suite Bedroom has a King bed with cable/smart television, small desk with chair, private master suite bathroom that has a shower/tub.
★ Full Kitchen: Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals and serving meals, traditional coffee maker, and Keurig
★ Dining Room: 8 seat dining room table plus four barstools at Kitchen island
★ 1/2 bathroom that is shared by the kitchen that is a two piece
★ Large living room with a 70 " cable/smart tv.
★ Seating area behind the living room.

Second Floor:
★ Bedroom 2- King bed with a cable/smart tv, shared balcony access, ceiling fan, private three-piece bathroom, and shared balcony with bedroom 3.
★ Bedroom 3 - King bed with cable/ smart tv, shared balcony access, ceiling fan, a private three-piece bathroom, and shared balcony with bedroom 4.
★ Bedroom 4 - Bunk Room that has two bunk beds with four full mattresses, stand-alone arcade game, cable/smart television, and private three-piece bathroom. Ceiling fan was disabled due to safety for guests.
★ Washer and Dryer in laundry room closet. This space has an ironing board and iron.

We have a lock box located on the front porch railing and a key is inside for guests. Two garage door openers are also available for guests to use.

There is parking for 4 cars in the front driveway.

**NOTE - BACK AND SIDE YARDS AND BOAT PARKING WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE DURING POOL CONSTRUCTION**
**Pool Construction underway in backyard. Backyard and side yards are considered construction zones. There is construction tape on back patio warning you to not enter backyard. Entering the backyard or side yards may result in injury. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER CONSTRUCTION ZONES.**

-Animal must have all shots that are required by a veterinarian.
-Animal must be with an adult while outside at all times.
-The registered guest has full responsibility for the animal during the stay.
-Swim at your own risk. No Lifeguard on duty. NO DIVING! Keep gates and back door secured at all times for safety.
-Hot Tub use is at your own risk. Limit your exposure in the hot tub to 15 minutes only. Staying in the hot more than 15 minutes may cause health issues.
