Villa Star is a brand new 3-bedroom villa located in Camaruche above the bay of Lorient. Built into the rock of the hillside overlooking Lorient and its magnificent bay, Villa Star offers spectacular views and sunsets. It is just a short drive from the beach. The large outdoor space is centered around the infinity pool and enjoys near all day sun. Fully air-conditioned, the villa’s main room can be a welcome refuge after a long day in the sun though it can also be opened up to the natural breezes. The kitchen is next to the entrance with a stylish living room in the middle section and the dining table in front of the view. The master bedroom is situated right outside the living room in front of the pool. This room has a large, ensuite bathroom with an indoor and an outdoor shower. Two more bedrooms are on the lower floor in a hallway next to the parking area, both have ensuite bathrooms with indoor shower. All bedrooms benefit from the views and come with U.S. and French satellite TV, his-and-hers closets, a mini bar and a European king-sized bed. WV TAR is situated directly above WV STR, and can be rented together to make a total of 8 bedrooms. This villa comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
