Clean, quiet neighborhood

Cute house with pool that's located 20 min from Clover Park, minutes from shopping and restaurants. Checkin was easy with a lock box code. It did take awhile for host to reply to messages. Weve stayed at other properties and host typically replied within 1 hr tops. I messaged about hand towels or wash clothes for bathroom and it took 15 hrs & was told tht there shld be some if not use papertowels. So i had to wash my face with a paper towel. There also wasnt any soap, shampoo or conditioner for shower. Thankfully we brought our own. Bedroom remote only changed channels if you wanted to adjust volume or power you had to do it on the tv itself. Pool area was nice but cld have been cleaned up. There was empty water bottle laying in yard, weeds up the fence line, pool was dirty. Just small things like that that are easy to take care of tht makes a lasting impression. Overall, the stay was fine and it was clean we would stay there again if those few things were changed.

House is ok…. could be better

The house looked better than it was in that it wasn’t very clean and it had many worn out things. The remodeling was substandard…. bathroom fixtures were worn out, kitchen was cheaply redone, the property needs more upkeep. The bed is comfortable and the shower decent… but it needs some love and care.

Cute place

I was in Florida to celebrate two birthdays so I was only at the house to sleep. The bed was comfortable, good water pressure and clean. That’s really all I needed so it met my needs perfectly.

Met bare minimum

The house met the bare minimum. We stayed there for a month. The positives were that there was a bed and a tv in the bedroom and a tv in the living room. Very uncomfortable and noisy bed any time you moved during the night. The only piece of furniture in the living room was a very uncomfortable futon. There were no table to eat at, no chairs to sit on, only 2 teaspoons, dollar store paper towel and toilet paper, 4 coffee cups, a few bowls, and watered down dollar store liquid hand soap, no shower soap or shampoo, and no hand towels in kitchen or bathroom. Bathtub was extremely slippery and no bath mat was permitted to stand on for a shower because the tub was painted. The kitchen counters and sink were painted, there was no drain catcher in the bathroom sink and owner refused to put in one. There was no operational washer & dryer. We ourselves own a VRBO and know what should be in a house, and this did not have it.
