Uma boa escolha

O apartamento é limpo e aconchegante, possui internet e TV a cabo, e apesar de ser um apartamento de 1 quarto o espaço se encontra bem distribuido. Fica localizado em um condomínio fechado, com garagem e portaria, além de ser próximo de uma lavanderia e um restaurante. A administradora (Dona Valdete) e o proprietário (Sr. Mário) foram bastante atenciosos, nos orientando em diversas ocasiões sobre a cidade.
