Gorgeous condo with amazing views from this one-bedroom, one bath, on the 6th floor of the South Tower. NON-SMOKING luxurious condo located DIRECT OCEANFRONT in the prestigious Arcadian section of Myrtle Beach in SeaWatch Resort. Enjoy the beautiful, unobstructed view of the Atlantic and watch the dolphins from the spacious living room or from the balcony.

Our home is beautifully decorated and centrally located on the edge of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, only minutes from Tanger Outlet Mall, restaurant row, and Barefoot Landing. SeaWatch is also a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, numerous championship golf courses, miniature golf courses, water parks, and amusement parks throughout Myrtle Beach. Fine and casual dining surround the resort.

Seawatch Resort provides an amenity-packed environment with fire pit, six outdoor pools, two indoor pools (seasonal), two lazy rivers, and eight whirlpools. Enjoy the oceanfront restaurant, Nautilus fitness center (fee), arcade, poolside Tiki bar, gift shop, snack shop, and on-site laundry facilities. There are also planned activities for adults and children.

When you review our rates, please remember that EVERYTHING is included with no hidden charges. Your rate that is shown includes all sales tax, resort fees, all linens, towels, wireless internet and professional maid service after departure. The amount that shows as “host fee” is cleaning that goes directly to our cleaner. It is waived with rentals of 7 days or longer. We will match any advertised price on a one bedroom, one bath oceanfront Seawatch unit.

Great Vacation!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us! The pools were amazing! We loved the breakfast buffet. Even though it’s a large resort, we never had to wait long for the elevator and it was always easy to find a parking spot. It was a great place to stay!

Perfect Getaway

This ocean front condo is in the perfect location for fast access to the beach where you can easily return to your room when needed. The owners are quick to answer any questions and are very friendly. There are multiple pools and lazy rivers if you prefer to say off the beach. The pool front bar & the indoor Starbucks with ice cream and arcade makes this the perfect getaway.

I love the property overlooked the ocean and was convenient to have the pools, Jacuzzi's, a gym, and even the Starbucks right there. We had a few small issues that resolved by the owners immediately. I would stay again.

My family and I had the best time!

This condo had everything we needed for our vacation. It was roomy, very clean and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked for me to make us breakfast, lunch and dinner. The owner was very quick to respond to all of my questions. I will definitely rent this condo again for our next summer vacation!

Convenient & clean

This was the perfect stay for my husband, myself, and our little girl (2yo). We didn't use the kitchen aside from the microwave and keurig. No issues. Staying in September was nice because it wasn't packed. We had family staying at the RV park and it was a quick little walk on the beach to get over there. We would absolutely stay again.

The VRBO summary wasn't clear what was the unit number of the property and what was the street number. We couldn't find the unit because we thought the unit number was the street number. There was no one to check in with and no response when we tried to contact the property owner.

If you can't say something nice, don't say anything.....

The one nice thing I can say about the unit is the flooring is very nice. The communication with the host was less than stellar. The condo wasn't ready at the 4:00 check-in time and I'm not sure when it was ready because we went to the pool and checked again at 4:50 and were able to get into the condo, however, the host didn't notify us that we could get in. The vent in the bathroom desperately needs to be cleaned, as well as the drapes. We were unable to use the stove because the burners aren't fitted in the stove. We had a great time at the resort and will go again, but will not reserve this unit again.

Quaint space by the beach

Unit was not cleaned and ready by check in time. Host was quick to refund cleaning deposit. Very much appreciated. Unit needs some attention. Visible mold growing on the ceiling and walls in both rooms by the air registers. Kitchen faucet not working correctly and really only allows you to draw one temperature of water. Shower faucet drips, have to give an extra turn after kids use it to shut water off. Could not get living room TV to work. Pull out sofa needs a new mattress cover. At times all elevators were not functioning. Overall nice stay. Appreciate the communication from the host. Unit is in need of a thorough walk through to address some unattended maintenance issues.

Eh....

This property is VERY small. There were no linens on the beds when i arrived...let alone anything decorative. The greasy crud on the louver door and a broken knob on the same doors. There was black yuck on the ceilings that they claim was normal..... it was coming from the vents for the A/C. Funny that its normal...my sons unit didnt have any. Also the TV in the sitting room didnt work. Went back and forth with the owner who ultimately tried to get one delivered...but i had to haul it upstairs and try and hook it all up. Ultimately i never coukd get it to work. Really overall the resort is fine. Ive stayed at nicer. I think it depends on the unit you rent. Look around before you spend good money on this unit. Yiu can find better. Also tgeres no washer. Itheres a laundry room at the resort...but only 2 of those washers worked. I used my sons.

Comfy Condo

Overall the stay was very nice. The beds are comfortable and the living room space was just big enough for myself and my 2 daughters. The view from the balcony is beautiful! A few suggestions: The TV was difficult to navigate and did not match the channel listing sheet (but we didn’t watch much tv anyhow). Under the beds need cleaned (we found quite a few large objects and food). A few board games/cards would have been nice for rainy days. But overall it was a wonderful stay!

We bought our condo in 2003 when our children were 4, 11 and 12. No matter the age, everyone loves to play in the pools, float through the lazy river and spend time on the beach.

Sea Watch does a wonderful job of scheduling activities for children and adults. They also have a wonderful DJ who keeps you entertained at the tiki bar, with music, games and entertainment.

Sea Watch is close to everything - shopping, eating, Barefoot Landing & Broadway at the Beach.
