270 Oia's View Cavehouse VII, with a unique private swimming pool carved in the mountain carved into the mountain, offers views towards the cliffs of Oia, the Aegean islands and the mesmerizing Sunset. Along with the beautifully landscaped garden, it combines the values of space and privacy: the heart and soul of a travelling experience.
It can accommodate up to 4 persons: entering the Villa (at the biggest cave on the right) you find the fully equipped kitchen with the livingroom and dining area. The open space bedroom with the built bed and the bathroom, is adjacent to the living room so that someone can enjoy the view from wherever they stand. The smaller cave on the left is the master bedroom with the private spacious bathroom (with hydro massage shower). Inside the villa, the bright colours, the minimal decoration and the carefully adjusted lighting create an ambient interior. On the outside, the dominating grey colour blends effortlessly with the Santorinian land.
Cavehouse VII is part of the 270 Oia’s View complex, located just 700m from the main pedestrian street of Oia and with a number of quality restaurants nearby. The guest can enjoy privacy away from the crowds but also visit the village within a few minutes. The famous hiking trail that connects Oia with Fira is also adjacent to the property providing the unique experience of walking along the edge of the caldera cliff while enjoying the amazing views. Although Oia is a protected village where vehicles are not allowed to cross, our location offers the rare advantage of car accessibility and free parking space for our guests. In addition, the nearest bus stop is in 50m in case someone wishes to use public transportation.
Our Guest Service team will be at your disposal even prior to your arrival to organise your check in and anything you need or wish to enjoy during your stay (transfer, car rental, cruises, winery tours, helicopter rides etc).
E. Vasilakis, architect and owner, designed and constructed the project during the period of 2008-2011 with extreme respect to the natural landscape and the well known Santorinian traditional bioclimatic architecture. High quality materials combined with the traditional methods of Santorini’s technicians gave an outcome of excellent minimal aesthetic and fully functional interior spaces completely adapted to the unique scenery.

The hosts were great, amazing customer service, they had a rental car brought to us. So nice in providing breakfast, water, and wine. Comfortable beds and clean living space. Amazing views. Would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our time at this delightful property! The staff are absolutely fantastic and helped us arrange a beautiful chef dinner with a wine pairing- the highlight of our stay. Lovely views and the pool was a nice respite after a day of sightseeing. Very comfortable bed, delicious breakfasts brought to the villa each morning and a spacious and relaxing rental overall.

Thank you so much for your review! It was a pleasure to meet you and we look forward to seeing you again in the future!
The staff were fantastic! The view of the sunset every evening was beautiful. Oia was easily reachable, but Finikia was free from the cruise ship hordes. We had great, relaxing meals at both Finikia Restaurant and Meze Meze.
We spent four nights at 270 Oia’s View Cavehouse VII and it was absolutely stunning. The private pool overlooking the sunset was a dream, and the serene garden gave us the perfect mix of beauty and privacy. The hosts went above and beyond, from arranging transfers and tours to providing excellent recommendations that made our time on Santorini unforgettable. The check-in was smooth, thorough, and so helpful—it really set the tone for our stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing and luxurious Santorini experience with thoughtful touches and complete privacy, this is the place to be!

Dear Gina, thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are more than happy to know that we were able to offer you such a memorable stay and we are of course looking forward to see you again in the near future!
We had such a lovely stay. Our hosts went above and beyond to help us arranging SO many different things. The property was so beautiful and clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and the hosts were a big part of why. Little bit of a walk to town in the heat but when it's not super hot it's really not too bad. Little restaurant across the street and the property stunning. Loved it!

Thank you so much for your review, we would be more than happy to welcome you anytime you decide to visit again!
Lovely grounds and large warm private pool. Lots of shade, too. Owners were very welcoming, friendly, and accessible. Super clean! They attended to all our needs. Lots of little perks, like breads, coffee, jams, water, oj, milk, even cereal. There is a good view of the sea. It's a long walk to Oia proper but there is a bus. Uo the hill a short way is an excellent view of the Caldera, and a hiking trail if you want to go off-road the longer way to Oia. Great place for privacy!

Thank you for your review! It was a pleasure to be your hosts!
This place was amazing. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond what we expected! I loved the location -- it was so private and quiet on an island that gets so packed with cruise ship tourists. The place is located right off of the cliff walk from Fira to Oia. So, if you don't mind walking a bit you can access either place on foot.
Sunsets were beautiful from the property and a short hike early in the morning allows you to also enjoy a beautiful sunrise.
The only thing that was a little odd about this place was that we were staying with another couple and there are 2 separate bedrooms, each with a bathroom. But the main room with the king bed has the living area and kitchen connected to it. So, if you're staying in the other bedroom with the queen bed, you have to go into the other bedroom to make coffee, get to the fridge and food. My husband and I stayed in the room with the queen bed and went to bed later and got up earlier than the other couple so sometimes we were just waiting until they got up so we could go make some coffee or get something out of the fridge.
One bonus that I didn't realize when we booked this place is they bring you delicious yogurt, pastries and fresh juice for breakfast every morning! I would definitely recommend this place!

It was a pleasure to have you and we look forward to seeing you again!
This was easily our favorite stay in all of Greece. The home itself is a cave with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, though just myself and my wife stayed. The bed was comfy and the home contains a full kitchen. The pool is not heated, and was a little too cold for us to use in May.
We were welcomed by Nayia and Dani, who were very communicative via whatsapp and assisted with everything we needed, including setting up excursions. They were extremely hospitable beyond what you would expect from even a 5* hotel. We received delicious Greek breakfast every morning consisting of pastries and spreads, Juice, and yogurt, delivered straight to our door. We could plan exactly when we wanted breakfast, and when we wanted room service.
We especially loved the location. It is about a 20 minute walk from Oia, which I consider to easily be the best town on the island. This property connects directly to the hiking trail between Fira and Oia, which is breathtaking. My wife and I loved taking the hike every day, and relaxing by the cliff top church which had the best view of the caldera of the entire island. That said, if you do not enjoy walking this may not be the best place for you unless you are willing to rent a car/atv or pay for shuttles. The tradeoff here is that the property is much more private and secluded than the mashed together hotels in Oia.
We plan on staying here again if we come back to Santorini.
