This property was absolute perfection for our family of 10 during our Miramar Beach vacation! Located on a quiet corner cul-de-sac in a wonderful, sidewalk-lined neighborhood, it was the ideal setup. When our kids, nieces, and nephews weren't in the sand or water, they spent hours outside safely kicking soccer balls and throwing footballs. Plus, the short 5-minute walk to the stunning beach was quick, easy, and completely worth it!The house layout couldn't have been better for a group our size. The kitchen is exceptionally stocked with every appliance you could think of—I honestly didn't realize I needed a panini press on a beach trip until I made the best lunch sandwiches with one!The owners have truly outdone themselves with this property. From the major amenities down to the smallest touches, everything is top quality (my husband even specifically praised the premium toilet paper—if you know, you know!). It’s clear how much care and pride the owners put into hosting and maintaining this gorgeous home. We had an unforgettable trip and our family will definitely be rebooking this property for our next beach getaway!

The house was great and met all of our needs as a family. Kitchen was clean and had what we needed to make great food from the local fish markets. Rooms were clean and spacious, with good beds and ease of private baths for all. The walk to the beach is through the very cool neighborhood of Emerald Shores and then the Leeward Condos, but worth it. The beach is amazing and great chair service from Spencer. If you need a break from the beach the pools also were a hit for our family.

Perfect Family-Friendly Property

We love Emerald Shores and have stayed in three other houses in this community. Serendipity is by far our favorite property! The layout is spacious and the three full bathrooms were wonderful for four adults and four children.

Family Vacation

Darlene was amazing! She was very responsive and answer all questions and gave information prior to arrival. The house was great, had everything we needed for our stay. It was located close to both pools and a quick walk to the beach, the tram was a great bonus as well! I would definitely be staying again when we go back!

Not Our First Visit

We have stayed in this location a couple of times. The beach access is a plus and having a couple of pools available is great alternative. The house at 10 Onix is well appointed and very comfortable.

Spring Break/Baseball Trip

Serendipity House

We had a great time. Darlene helped us get checked in early. The house was great. A really nice kitchen considering we like to cook on vacation. A lot of upgrades compared to other houses in Emerald Shores. We will return.

CLEAN, updated, accommodating, beautiful, peaceful. Everything you could want in a stay. My family has been visiting these beautiful beaches for nearly 10 years and have always stayed at emerald shores. This year was our first with Serendipity & it’s the first home we’ve ever been able to check in early without any hassle. She contacted us before and during our stay making sure we were so greatly taken care of. They don’t miss out on the details and offering you many things to do. Seriously if you’re questioning if you should book it. DO IT!
