About this property
Creative Studio Retreat
We offer a 2,000 sq ft facility that we are renting out for public or private stays as well as events. We have break room area, conference area, bedroom, bathroom, washing machine, microwave, 40’ Roku TV and WiFi. This space has a film studio next door along with office spaces which can be rented out separately upon request. Also included is a conference area for business dealings and a break room with microwave and plastic wear. There is a small fridge you’ll have access to as well. The film studio space and audio spaces separately
FYI: To rent the entire film studio space w office of 1100 sq ft is $300/night includes kitchen, bathroom w shower, washing machine, conference area. For both the Film Studio suite and office/Audio Room suite (breakroom, conference area, bathroom with shower, washing machine,Tv) 900sq ft. WiFi Code will be sent to you upon confirmation of arrival.
