All services and amenities included: electric, pool, housekeeping, grills, and firewood.

Three formal bedrooms, one office with a kid's sleeping loft, and a cozy walk-out basement game room with the same beautiful river view as the rest of the house. Formal dining room with seating and service for 10, relaxing living room with a giant fireplace and piano, large kitchen/family-room adjacent to the pool, and everything connected by two 50-ft decks overlooking the Hudson River. Play ping pong. Sing along at the piano. Shoot pool on an antique Brunswick table. Watch Netflix and HBO from the big-screen TV. Play board games and put together jig-saw puzzles. And entertain!

Master suite has its own balcony overlooking the pool and river, king-size 4-poster bed, huge walk-in closet, sitting area, private bath and dressing counter. Bedrooms #2 and #3 have queen beds, river views, and shared bath. The game room with large comfy sofa plus an office/loft off the master suite provide optional space for the occasional overnight guest. High-quality cotton linens, down pillows, and comforters throughout.

Great location, plenty of space for the 6 of us..well equipped...private pool a plus for relaxing between the paradise of all the beautiful beaches within a short driving distance. Would stay again!

Amazing property

We traveled to Aruba with our grown children and a friend. The location was very close to a lot of activities and only minutes from three step beach where we could swim with sea turtles. Security of the neighborhood made us feel very save however all of Aruba is safe. We enjoyed breakfast every morning out by the pool. Lower bedroom mattresses are a little hard - would be great for young children.
