Welcome to our relaxing, freshly updated Villa at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. Unit 106. New furniture, and beds throughout the home! Waikoloa Colony Villas is a private gated community of luxury townhomes on the South Kohala Coast, within the world-renowned Waikoloa Beach Resort.
The Villa is a spacious 2-story townhome with 17-foot vaulted ceilings, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining area, outdoor lanais, and a single-car attached garage.
The upstairs primary bedroom with a luxurious king bed has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet, a private outdoor lanai, and is equipped with a large smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi streaming. The downstairs bedroom also houses a luxurious king bed along with a large smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi streaming. The downstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The living room sofa converts into a fold-out queen bed allowing for a total occupancy of 6.
The full kitchen and dining area are outfitted with everything you will need to cook at home or prepare meals for all the recreational activities the island has to offer. Barbeques are available poolside near each of the 2 pools within the Waikoloa Colony Villas gates.
The community also contains a gym/workout room, tennis court, 2 pools and a hot tub. The one-car attached garage houses all the items you'll need for recreating at the beach, pools and tennis court, as well as two bicycles for a leisurely ride around the Waikoloa area.
A full-sized washer/dryer is on the downstairs level of the townhouse.
Dedicated parking is right outside the front entry.

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse vacation home. The garage full of beach supplies adds so much value and convenience to your stay. The beds are very comfortable. The pullout bed is easy to set up. The kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the coffee bar setup every morning. The home is located in the Waikoloa Beach resort, so lots of nearby amenities and restaurants. The house comes stocked with everything you may need for your stay. What a great home base to explore the beautiful island. Thank you!
Great accommodation! Spacious, well-appointed, quality bed and bath linens, well maintained, very clean, tastefully decorated, many amenities. Responsive hosts. My wife and I were very comfortable and enjoyed staying here for a week.
Our stay was perfect. Had everything you can think of. Lots of space, clean and felt like home away from home. The location within Waikoloa Colony’s was great — right by the pool and back gate. Andrew was easy to communicate with and very accommodating!
Exceptional stay. Unit was stocked with EVERYTHING imaginable... (forgot something, this unit probably has it). Nice location near shops and dining. Very clean and comfortable , can't go wrong with this one!
Loved how well maintained and meticulously thoughtfully curated this townhouse is! Our stay for a week was an ease due to the perfect location and how well stocked the house is! Love the outdoor kitchens too!The owners were very responsive and worked with us for earlier arrival. Definitely a home away from home to enjoy this slice of heaven in the Big Island.

Wonderfully well appointed 2 bedroom condo with all the comforts of home - nearby fitness rooms are well equipped and very user friendly. Near beaches and other activity areas. A true delight for a grand getaway.
Amazing condo. Owners have thought of everything and are very responsive and helpful. Located I a beautiful complex in the resort area. Would stay again for sure!

We had an incredible trip with this location as our home base for many snorkelling, hiking and sunny adventures. The location was equipped with everything we needed and more - and the area was safe, with easy access to multiple beaches; perfect for families and couples alike.

This is a beautiful townhome with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Tons of beach equipment, brought my own snorkel gear, but plenty of stuff to borrow if you don’t have your own. Enjoyed the island market nearby, plenty of prepared food, food to cook yourself, and souvenirs. Our favorite beach was Magic Sands, was a little bit of a drive, but lots of big waves. Hosts super easy to communicate with, thank you!
We had wonderful time at the condo. The location was very convenient and accessible. The condo was very very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and in good shape. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
We had a wonderful time at the Condo while in Kona. A great location to multiple amenities and the host was fantastic. There were many supplies provided and the condo is in great shape. Pool is maybe 150 feet away with a couple of grills that were nice.
My family and I absolutely loved staying at this property. Andrew and his wife have done an incredible job preparing it for families to use while on vacation. The condo itself is very clean, beautiful and has everything you might need while on vacation in Kona. The neighborhood is also absolutely gorgeous.
Andrew & Valery’s place is amazing. It offered everything we needed. Their garage is like a candy store where you can easily get lost on what to take to the beach. Also, we were supposed to go in December but due to a family emergency, we asked to push it to June - they were very accommodating which we hugely appreciated. Thanks again for that and being able to stay at your amazing place. We’ll be back!
The condo was perfect, loved all the amenities! Everything you need for an amazing get a way. The only downside is parking and the temp of the pool, which is no fault of the Vrbo.

Thank you Ray for the kind comments. I’d like to add that there is an assigned parking spot adjacent to the condo. Probably the best parking spot out of any condo in Waikoloa Colony Villas. If extra parking is needed, you need to find a spot that is not reserved.
The unit is extremely nice. The Hosts have put much thought and effort into stocking the unit with everything you might need. Five star unit, five star host. Exceeded my expectations!!!

We chose the Waikoloa Resort because of its proximity to the best beaches and restaurants on the Big Island. The Waikoloa Resort is also a very safe and clean environment for a family destination.
What makes this property unique
Newly renovated and furnished. Plus you'll never struggle to find parking, as the dedicated parking space for this townhouse is right outside the front door. The condo is located on the end of Colony Villas closest to the ocean and the Hilton resort. The secondary gate entry/exit is also very near, allowing easy access to the condo. Many nearby restaurants are walkable from the condo.
