About this property

AMAZING, SUNSET VIEWS. Home faces due west to LARGE OPEN WATER and is not on a canal like other homes so you have COMPLETE PRIVACY and aren't looking at houses across the way. Take a dip in the NEWLY HEATED, LIGHTED AND RESURFACED POOL, while your fishing rods are in the water. Enjoy family fun on the NEW PUTTING GREEN OR LAY IN THE HAMMOCK AND WATCH DOLPHINS. New GOURMET KITCHEN AND ISLANDS INSIDE AND OUT. WATCH THE SUNSET OR ROAST MARSMALLOWS AT THE FIRE PIT. Have a relaxing holiday on this lovely oasis on the water. YOU WON'T WANT TO LEAVE!!!

The space
There are Three Bedrooms. Two bedrooms with a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. TV's in all bedrooms. Also, a large sectional that comfortably sleeps two people. You have the entire home to yourself. Spectacular views from inside and out.

Guest access
Guests will have whole house access as well as access to the private pool and fishing from the bulkhead. Backyard area has a new outdoor kitchen and a putting green. Back yard area is very private and great for relaxing without disturbance.

Centrally located to all of America's best beaches. Short drive to St. Pete Beach, Downtown St. Petersburg, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Lido Beach, Long Boat Key, Lido Beach, Sarasota and Siesta Key.
