Welcome to St. John! A newly refreshed island home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, located just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, where you can sink your toes into the white, powdery sand and turquoise waters. St. John's is one of four bungalows in the Saint duplex and features a shared patio area with a gorgeous pool, a BBQ grill, and comfortable lounge chairs.

The interior is absolutely charming, with a comfortable sofa, side chairs, and a TV The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cooking essentials to prepare a delicious meal, and just beyond the kitchen is a dining table set for four. Guests can also enjoy the refreshing island air on the private patio, which features a BBQ grill and an outdoor table.

The primary bedroom has delightful beach-themed decor and a TV, and the bed is adorned with crisp linens. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the second bedroom is a King bed, a TV, and plenty of closet space as well as access to the patio. To ensure your comfort and convenience, there is an extra bathroom with a shower and tub combination available, a sleeper sofa, as well as a washing machine and dryer.

We made mistake when booking. Imagery led us to believe it was a private pool. Upon arrival we received a message that no coffee or condiments of any kind are offered. Guess Marriott/Hyatt/Hilton didn’t get the memo on how unsafe that can be. Toaster didn’t work. Drip coffee machine was remarkably dirty. Sleeping accommodations and bathrooms was very clean. Without the private pool option, we’ll pick a hotel room next time. Not hating. Just being candid.

Nice bungalow

The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach. The interior of the home was updated and very comfortable for three adults. The outside pool area is fairly small and could use some updating but was clean. The other unit that shared the pool was empty so there was plenty of room for just the three of us. Would definitely rent here again and it would be an ideal location for larger families looking for shared but individual spaces.
