When you walk in you are greeted with a palm wall and disco balls. The first thing you will see is the wet bar then to the right are two bedrooms each with ENSUITE bathrooms. Towards the left is an entertaining living room and dining room all open space. On the left of the living room are two bedrooms with a shared Ensuite bath!

BEACH TOWELS:

Please feel free to use these BEACH towels. The guests who choose to use these need to make sure to wash them before checking out and place them back from where they were found!

If the towels are not washed and returned there will be a $50 charge on the account. Our cleaners are not able to clean these.

Please shake excess sand off of them before putting them in the washing machine.

There are hooks in the hall that are perfect to hang the towels on to allow them to dry!

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WASH THE BATH TOWELS. The cleaner does those!

The whole home, balcony, four pools, basketball court, beach access, pickle ball court, tennis ball court, two play grounds, downtown market st, gated neighborhood.

As much as they would like. The best form of communication is on the app since we have multiple people watching it!

Carillon Beach is on the edge of 30A its a small beach community with a lot of heart! Close to all of the best things that 30A and panama city beach have to offer but private and less busy than the surrounding areas. Kids can freely/safely ride bikes in the neighborhood and enjoy access to all the pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, and basketball court!

- No shoes within the house.
- No tape on the walls please.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
- There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- PLEASE Load & start dishwasher at check out. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. Subject fees from our cleaner.
- PARKING: We allow three cars. Please park to the lot on the right when you pull into Carillon.
- Please return all accessories/books/items to their rightful places at the end of your stay.
- Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish.  The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first.
- When hanging out outside please keep the doors closed to keep the AC in.
-NO PETS. We love our fur animals but do not allow them in this condo. If there are any pets or animals in the home on your stay you will be asked to leave and required to pay a fine + fee for additional cleaning.
-Emotional Support Animals (ESA) and Service Animals: Due to allergies, we do not allow ESAs. If you have an ESA that does not produce allergies, you may provide us with certification. However, the following rules apply. Animals are not allowed on furniture or beds. They must be potty trained, clean, and not aggressive. You must dispose of any animal waste or byproducts in the trash outside. It is your responsibility to ensure the animals are free from fleas or other pests. Supervised animals can use the backyard; however, it is your responsibility to ensure they do not get out or cause damage. If you leave the property, you must take the animal with you even for a short while. It is your responsibility to ensure the animals do not damage the house including the finished hardwood floors. If the animals are a threat, bring safety concern, are not potty trained, or we determine you cannot adequately control the animal (this includes making excessive noise), we will ask you remove the animal from the premise.
- NO SMOKING there will be a $250 fine is there is smoking in the home.
- Feel free to take plenty of photos in the home and tag us on Instagram @thepineappledoors // but please note there are to be no professional photography done in the unit unless discussed with the owner prior to booking.
 - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- ****** please do not remove the covers from the outdoor furniture they were made to avoid damage to the furniture
- Lastly, because this is not a hotel, and is also my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)

Check out Rules:
Load + Start the dishwasher.
Take all garbage to the trashcans outside.
Place towels by the laundry.
Check out by 10 am.
Lock all doors/windows!
