Never again! There’s was another person in my room!

First the check in process was terrible. I was asked to come back later which I had things to do so the kids and I decided to come back later. When we got back at 11PM we entered the code and there were people in the room. We had to stand out in the parking for hours in the middle of the night waiting for them to resolve this. They have my room to another person and then gave us their room in the end. We ended up in a second floor instead of a first and there’s a handicap person in our group. It was LS Fest and we had nowhere else to go. Not only was this not our room but the bed was HORRIBLE, the couch was HORRIBLE. Finding another set of people in your room is what nightmares and horror movies are made of. They asked me to communicate with those people again to tell them to call them. They could have shot me!!!! They wouldn’t call me back or anything they would only text. Never EVER attempt to stay with these people unless you like living dangerously.
