The space:
Experience the ultimate in comfort and luxury with our enchanting and inviting villa that boasts beautifully themed decor. Our home features a spacious open floor plan that provides ample room for your family and friends to relax, while the well-equipped kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need. Plus, we offer a full-sized washer and dryer for your utmost convenience, ensuring your stay is nothing short of absolutely comfort.
Upstairs, there is a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there are two queen-size bedrooms, a princess-themed bedroom with two twin beds, and an Avenger-themed room with a twin bunk bed. Downstairs, there is one queen-size bedroom. All bedrooms come equipped with flatscreen TVs, except for the themed bedrooms. For an additional cost of $35 per night, you can request to have the pool heated during your stay.

The temperature within this residence is strictly regulated between 72-76 degrees. Should guests require a slight reduction in temperature during their stay, this can be arranged. However, lowering the temperature below 70 degrees during hot months is not authorized and may result in unit failure. To maintain a comfortable temperature and conserve energy, we strongly advise guests to keep all doors and windows closed. Our customer service team is available every day from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM to assist guests .

You'll be happy to know that we have a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials you need, such as a regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, tableware, and serveware. POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)
