Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A $500 fine will be imposed for smoking in the house or on the premises.

Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to accommodate guests with allergies.

Shoes: Kindly refrain from wearing shoes on the carpets. Please leave them at the door or remove them before entering.

Garbage: On the day of check-out, please empty the kitchen garbage and dispose of it in the trash bin labeled "trash only." Recyclables should go in the designated recycling bin.

Cleanliness: Leave the unit in the same condition as you found it.

Additional Guests: Any guests exceeding 6 will incur an additional charge of $50 per person.

Enjoyable Stay

The property was clean and as described. The beds were really comfortable and the property was well cared for. The owner responded promptly to any questions we had. I would definitely rent again.

Frustrating

Check in was supposed to be at 4. We were told we couldn’t get in the house until 5 because the cleaning crew wasn’t done. We got to the house at 6 and they were still not done. Too many glade plugins, the smell was so strong it gave us all headaches. The silverware available was ridiculous because they were all different sizes. Listing says 500 find for smoking on the property. When we got there, there was an ash tray in the backyard full of smoked cigarettes. Felt a bit like a setup.
