Our Island Bliss property is composed of 2 units: a 2 bedroom unit and a 3 bedroom unit, a total of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping 11-12 guests.

The front of the property has a 3 bedroom, 1 bath unit that accommodates a total of 6 guests. This unit is spacious and has a large living room with an extra large sectional sofa. This unit also offers a fully equipped kitchen with an island that has extra seating.

The first bedroom has a full size bed, second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has a Queen size bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower.

The 2 bedroom unit located in the back of the property accommodates 5 guests and has 1 full bathroom (walk in shower) . The first bedroom has a full size bed and the second bedroom also has a full size bed. The living area has a sofa bed. This property offers a full kitchenette with counter seating for 4 guests.

The laundry room is shared by both units.

You are a short 2-minute walk to the beach on 15th Ave – just cross Gulf Blvd and that’s it!

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
