What a lovely little space - it looks just like the photos! It is so convenient to essentials and the university campus. It's a college town neighborhood with a great workspace and room for a group of 5 comfortably.

Sketchy Neighborhood

When we pulled up to this house we were shocked. In a very sketchy neighborhood, back door about 100' from a train track, front yard grass about a foot tall. The interior didn't look like the pictures, beds are practically on the floor. We did not feel comfortable staying there at all. Wound up leaving and staying somewhere else, cost us a fortune since we couldn't cancel in advance.
