Cute 3 bedroom bungalow in the heart of Sea Isle, Galveston's most popular beach neighborhood! The bungalow is just 150 yards from the beach, and a short walk to the Sea Isle Marina where there is a restaurant, bar, community pool, tennis court and more!! The home comes with a fire pit, and BBQ grill, as well as plenty of patio seating to enjoy the cool ocean breeze! The ground level has a bedroom/game room with TV and ping pong. Beach chairs, toys, and a wagon available for your family!

Sea isle

It wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. For those wanting to know the game room is downstairs outside from the house. It is very humid and smells like mold. The a/c down there actually has mold on it. Parts of the house were updated but you can definitely see where things still need fixed. It has a soft spot in the floor that has a crack in the floor. The ping pong was busted so we couldn’t even play. The downstairs tv never worked. I thought I was taking my family to a fun house but didn’t turn out that way.
