Bright & Beachy throughout with cozy new sofa and easy recline chair for that favorite book or movie. King Bedroom with French doors open to your private patio & hot tub. How about a BBQ after your soak. Enjoy a 2nd observation deck with chairs and peak of the ocean, perfect for sunbathing! Close to shopping, restaurants, best bakery in town and Casino. 48" flat screen

Loved all the paned windows in this small older but quaint home. The hot tub was hot and patio space was really great with a Burkett BBQ! Even though we are partial to an ocean view, which it doesn’t, it is a cute home, well equipped kitchen and more affordable! Be aware the beach access is a walk in either direction and steep steps down and back up and then 12 more steps up to the house. Not for the disabled or those who have an injury.

The place was very clean, including the hot tub, which was so nice to have. Perfect space for two people. Loved how close it was to the beach and to the main strip of businesses in Lincoln City. Liked the little deck up top with a glimpse of the ocean. Good for reading and sunbathing. The mattress was a touch too squishy for our liking (you really sink into the mattress), but wasn't too bad and still got decent sleep. The position of the couch against the wall at a right angle to the tv is a little odd, but we moved it to the center of the room in front of the tv and then moved it back before we left. All in all, highly recommend. We're already talking about coming back someday!

The cottage was very clean,comfortable and charming with everything you might need. The king bed was super comfortable but we like a soft bed. Some who like a firmer mattress may not find it as comfy as we did. It was great to have a private hot tub that we didn't have to share. The only negative is that there is no ocean view as there is a hotel directly in front of the cottage, but this did not bother us. Beach access is a short walk from the cottage.

Cozy cottage

Quaint, quiet and very cozy. We had a great stay!The parking notice is serious because parking is limited by the beach. We had several people try to take the spot. The signs really help.

Nice little house great for a couples getaway. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and tourist attractions on 101. Definitely would rent this place again.

Lovely, Quaint Cottage

This property was a sweet location for a weekend getaway- close to the ocean and local shops, but quiet. The hot tub was a nice addition, as was the rooftop deck, and it was the perfect size for two. We look forward to returning!

Quaint

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was nice and the deck was wonderful to sit and listen to the ocean. You have to stand in the right spot to see the ocean but we knew that before we booked it. The bed is comfortable and we loved that you can open the French doors and hear the ocean as well. We had an issue with the fridge but it was taken care of very quickly. We really enjoyed our vacation.

A great little spot

My wife and I had a great time on our weekend stay! The house was in a great location to quickly get anywhere we wanted in Lincoln City and is a short walk from a very nice beach spot. The only warning is for those who are over 6feet tall, like myself. The shower is very short! But at 6'8" I was still able to make due, so it was a minor inconvenience. All in all, it was a great place for my wife and I to spend a nice quiet weekend together!
