The home itself was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. The host was responsive and friendly, and the location right on the lake made for a relaxing stay. The only downside, and the reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, is that there’s a camper in the front yard with people staying in it. This wasn’t disclosed in the listing, and it made the experience feel a bit less private and more awkward than expected. If that had been communicated up front, it would’ve helped set expectations. Otherwise, a lovely stay overall.
We really enjoyed our stay! The Lake House was very clean and met our needs perfectly for our weekend getaway. The property manager was always very responsive! Our dog LOVED the doggy door and the fenced area!
