We loved the tiny house! Not only is it cute but it's in the perfect, secluded location. The house contains everything you need. Monte was a pleasure to work with. He made booking and check in a breeze. We will definitely be booking another stay.
Nestled in the woods, this little cottage was perfect for my husband and I while in town for a Georgetown wedding. VERY peaceful, and it had everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the deck one morning, found the bed quite comfortable, and appreciated the door between the bedroom and living/kitchen area (I'm a night owl and he's an early riser). We learned to use the induction "stove top" - very easy! And we spent a day driving up along the coast, did a little shopping, and sampled seafood and southern BBQ. Coming back to this quiet space with a kitchen was just what we wanted. We could see owner's house, but didn't encounter anyone. And we could hear rooster in the mornings, but inside the house it was very quiet. Thank you! We definitely will recommend for any others visiting the area.

Disliked: Location
Georgetown tiny house
The roads going into the property were not graveled and there were numerous potholes
The check-in and out process could not have been made easier for my stay. It felt like being with family though I was away from home. The personal touches such as a dinner on Friday night homecooked and delivered to me was an extra nice touch. The host even joined me to view a gorgeous sunrise over the Black River and coffee. A nice, cozy place for a home-away-from-home experience.
Great place, we were pleased and the people were super nice. Tight quarters getting vehicles down the driveway/path. The place was nice, could have be a little work done to make it 5 star, but overall we were happy with our stay and would/will stay there again if available next time we are down that way
