Cozy comfortable beach cottage just steps from the ocean. 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage sleeps 5-7 comfortably. First bedroom has a full size bed, second bedroom has bunk beds and a twin size bed. There is a futon that folds down into a full size bed in the living room. Off-street parking for 2 cars, screened in front porch, and everything you need away from home. Roku TV and Wifi. Kitchen is fully equipped. Just bring sheets and towels. Outdoor shower and propane grill. Small shared backyard with your own picnic table and fire pit. Walking distance to the famous Pier, rides, and attractions, and 5 minute walk to quaint Ocean Park. Only 25 minutes from Portland, and close to Kittery and Freeport shopping outlets. Pets considered.

A perfect week!

A perfect week in à perfect place. Better than we imagine. The place is so close to the beach, about 15 minutes walk from the Pear so peaceful environment! The cottage was quite spacious, with a nice porch and a small backyard. Two parking off street! And what about the owners, amazing peuple they were available for all pur needs.

Beautiful cottage!

We were so surprised to see just how close this cottage was to the beach! My 5 year old absolutely loved the outdoor shower. Since coming home he’s asked us to install one outside for him. Haha. It was beautiful inside and out. Very clean. Lots of room. Comfy beds. We have not one negative thing to say about it and can’t wait to stay here again!
