Why stay NEAR the beach when you can stay ON THE BEACH! Wake up to a full ocean view on a seven mile sandy beach! Enjoy this one bedroom condo's great views, private balcony, and fully furnished decorated living space, along with a full kitchen with dishwasher, and even including a washer and dryer! There is a very comfortable queen sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized pull out couch for additional sleeping in the living room. Walk to everything downtown Old Orchard Beach has to offer: Amusement park, restaurants, clubs, shopping, and the famous Pier. Downstairs is a bar/restaurant that features live bands seven days a week in the summer. On summer Thursday nights enjoy your front row seats for the weekly fireworks! Please note: NO CLEANING FEE!

We had a fantastic stay at the condo. Its beachfront location offered stunning ocean views that we enjoyed throughout our visit. The space was clean and provided more than enough room for our group of three adults to relax comfortably. The rental was just what I was hoping for. Spectacular view of the beach, and amazing sunrises each day. Clean, attractive, well equipped, quiet. Except on Friday and Saturday nights when one could hear the thumping in the distance of the rock band from the restaurant on the first floor. But this unit is on the fourth so that was not a problem. The hallways need freshening up. The building is old. But this unit was perfect for me. The host was welcoming and very responsive. Gave me lots of tips about the town. I hope to rent it again off season when there are few people around.

This was my third year staying here when visiting my home of Old Orchard Beach. This really is my home away from home. The condo is spotless, and how nice to have all the comforts of home included. The view can't be beat, and I spent a lot of time soaking it in on the balcony. Kevin is an A host and I highly recommend this condo. Just keep in mind there is bar noise/music til midnight or so on the weekends (even off season) but is not a problem if you're a night owl like myself. Thanks, Kevin -- hope to see you next year!

Annual Family vacation in OOB

Unit was exactly as described, and the property owner provided clear instructions for checking in and out. Communication was excellent. My family has been going to OOB for over 30 years, so we knew the area and what to expect. This property is in a great location, and the view from the balcony is wonderful. Being able to listen to live music from the resaurant below was an added bonus!
