THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-This is the front unit in a duplex. The back unit's parking and main entrance are through the alley.
-Like many homes in the neighborhood this home does NOT have AC. Ceiling fans and the coastal breeze cool the home.
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

There is designated parking for two vehicles located in the driveway. There is also additional public street parking in front of the property. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street. 3-4 car uncovered driveway length beyond measuring x 134w at most narrow area. Please do NOT block sidewalk.
