With a total of nine comfortable beds spread across the generously appointed 6 bedrooms and three levels, everyone will find their perfect nook for a peaceful night's sleep. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and is individually temperature controlled. Four bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy for all guests. The heart of the house is the well-equipped kitchen, with modern appliances, expansive countertops, and all the utensils you might need.

As part of the Chimney Hill Club Association, you'll have access to a range of exclusive amenities, including heated outdoor/indoor pools, hot tub, arcade, fitness room, great room with projection TV and surround sound, piano, BYOB, full kitchen, outdoor grills, children’s playground, horseshoes, bocce court, sitting/reading rooms as well as a nearby stocked fishing pond, lighted basketball, and volleyball courts, picnic areas, ice skating rink with a warming hut, and expansive, direct access to VAST snowmobile and hiking trails.
