About the host
Hosted by Brannon Patrick

Aloha, We are local Utahns who lived in Hawaii for years. We hosted so many visitors in Hawaii and loved seeing people have great experiences and accommodations while they visited us. We learned what people really like when they travel and how to make them comfortable. We have now brought that home to Utah. We bought the cottage not knowing exactly what we wanted to do with it. As we thought about short term rental we realized that we wanted to share it with as many people as possible. We have remodeled almost the entire thing and have enjoyed instilling our love into the property. We'd feel like it's a unique, good energy space. We created it to be a place of healing, making memories with family, and just relaxing. We put into it what we thought we would love for our kids and our family. Hopefully you love it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
We live in this neighborhood and we LOVE it. It's convenient, close to the mountains, beautiful, and has full trees. Also the mountain views are awesome!
What makes this property unique
Where do we begin.... It has a Teepee in the backyard. It has a secluded deck tucked away under the trees. It has a loft and a unique "cave" space for the kids. It's much bigger than it looks. Two 75 inch TV's and pingpong table. 3 levels so if you need to get away from your snoring spouse you can get plenty of space. It's on 1/2 and acre so there is room in the yard for kids to run and play. It's right in between two cul-de-sacs both on the front and back which gives it a ton of parking spaces. Also it's very quiet and serene. There are trees for hammocks. Fully stocked kitchen and natural gas grill. Sitting space and eating space out on the fully covered deck. It's fun for the whole family. It's also healing for retreats and other events.
