Step into our newly renovated home in Newark, a perfect blend of modern living and homely warmth. As you enter, you're greeted by a stylishly furnished living room, complete with a 60-inch smart TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration or work.

Each of the four bedrooms is a cozy haven, featuring queen-sized beds with soft linens and blackout curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. Two of these rooms further boast smart TVs for added entertainment.

Our 2.5 bathrooms are meticulously maintained, stocked with luxurious towels and essential toiletries. For those with little ones, a baby bathtub is available upon request.

Beautiful house- Highly recommend staying here

Our family stayed 4 nights while visiting with other family close by. The house was very clean and comfortable!! The host was super responsive and the check in/ out was easy. It was spacious enough that we could spread out, relax and enjoy our vacation.

Newark, DE in November

The house was quite nice and appears as if it were recently remodeled. The owner was incredibly nice and was able to accommodate problems with VRBO reservation process. There was a HUGE problem with VRBO, but as far as checking in with the owner the process couldn't have been easier. I would definitely stay here again, but there were a few minor issues. The property listing includes reference to a Hot Tub, but there was no hut tub on-site the bathrooms had tubs but I would classify any of those as hot tubs. The water pressure in the downstairs bathroom was pretty low even for a low flow shower head. And the kitchen was not well stocked with utensils. I was surprised that there were no cutting knives, cutting boards, strainer, measuring cups or measuring spoons. A little better check-out instructions would also be helpful (what to do with the trash, dishwaher, bed sheets, etc). Good instructions for towels was provided. Other than those few items, we thought the place was great. and the owner was super nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Newly decorated house - wonderful stay

We enjoyed a very comfortable 6 night stay in this newly decorated house. Exceptionally clean throughout and very nicely decorated. Lots of space for our family and the kitchen was well equipped. Wifi worked perfectly. Check-in was easy and the lovely owner was always quick to respond when we had a few questions. Located in a residential area just a short drive to the University which was perfect for our stay! Thank you so much for a great stay - we will hopefully return again next year!

Girls Weekend

Our stay was very lovely. The property was clean and had all necessary amenities. The host left us a bottle of champagne for our stay, and she was extremely attentive to detail. Thank you for allowing us to stay here. We had a great weekend!

Perfect for weekend in Newark

This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Newark. Property was exactly as listed. House was clean and host provided candy and drinks for guests. She even provided a bottle of wine. It is very close to UD campus. We would recommend this property and would stay again.
