Privately owned three bedroom luxury penthouse condo located in the most fabulous hotel in Park City (2100 Frostwood Drive in Frostwood Village), including private gondola, at Utah's fantastic Canyons/Park City Resort. Awesome lodging at awesome rates!!!

Two configurations possible:

Three-bedroom suite with four full baths, five fireplaces, and three balconies (sleeps 8).

OR

Two-bedroom suite with King size bed in each room, three full baths, four fireplaces, and two balconies (sleeps 4).

OR

Two-bedroom suite with one king bed and two queen beds (room for extra single bed), four fireplaces, three balconies, and three full baths (sleeps 6).

Both suite configurations have Viking kitchen, a luxurious living room, a spacious dining area, and washer/dryer. Each room has a flat screen TV and a fireplace. The balconies overlook the spectacular, recently-expanded Canyons at Park City (now 7300 skiable acres). Price varies based on configuration. POSTED QUOTABLE RATES ARE FOR 3 BEDROOM SUITE!!! Contact owner for 2 bedroom rates.

Guests have access to all amenities offered by this fabulous 5-star Resort including Concierge Services for all logistical arrangements, indoor valet parking( $35/day), fine dining, top rated Spa, exercise center, outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, limo service to Park City and Deer Valley, wifi, and much much more.

Winter activities include private gondola to and from the Resort Village and lifts, ski check, boot check, and limo service to Park City and Deer Valley skiing and restaurants. Nearby is the 2002 Winter Olympics Center where you can skate or take an incredible bobsled ride. Also consider a day of snowmobiling. Concierge Services will be happy to make all arrangements.

Summer activities includes golf, zip line adventures, hiking, biking, boating, horseback riding, outdoor concerts at the Resort Village, and much much more. Concierge Services will be happy to make all arrangements.

Perfect spot in the Canyons

This was our first VRBO, and greatly exceeded our expectations!! The penthouse was in fantastic condition and we appreciated the numerous amenities - daily maid service, hot chocolate bar, apple cider/coffee/tea service, s’mores, ski valet (warm boots, spa towels and water), and gondola 🚠 or ski home!! Merril was a great host, he keeps an elegant base for the best skiing in Utah! We wanted for nothing!

Perfect Experience. Best unit at Waldorf

We had a perfect family ski holiday. This location is easy on and off the mountain. The ski valet is the best! Service was perfect especially from the homeowner! We will be back!

Magnificent Ski Retreat

This condo is now the only place we will stay in Park City . We have stayed at the Waldorf on many prior occasions, however this condo is the most impressive. Its location in the penthouse renders it very very quite at night , absolutely no sleep disturbance-which we haven't always experienced- It is immaculately clean and comfortable- clearly the owner does regular maintenance on everything.Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and amazing showers. It is really spacious, we had 4 teenagers and 2 adults and we all had ample space. We had zero issues during our stay!! I am certain if we had, it would have been taken care of immediately as the owner was so very attentive before and during our stay- He truly wants everyone to have the best time. His recommendations regarding equipment rental, restaurants etc were on point. It is truly ski in-and-out. The ski valet was amazing, everything was ready and waiting each morning and carefully stored each evening with hot chocolate served to you as you left your boots behind.. The additional services offered by the Waldorf -the hot tub, spa and evening features like "wine down" , the sushi cart or evening s'mores always capped off a great day - housekeeping was outstanding. All in all making it an absolute retreat after a days skiing. We returned home yesterday feeling refreshed despite skiing hard for 4 days.

Look No Further

This condo made our trip perfect! It is so spacious, comfortable, and is complete with a full kitchen. It easily fit our family of 5. With this condo, you also get access to all the amazing hotel amenities. Easy access to the slopes, ski butler service, ski rentals right in the hotel, heated pool/hot tub, and my children’s personal favorite, a hot chocolate bar served every afternoon in the lobby while you come off the slopes. It was a dream! Also adding to the stay, the host is amazing and so responsive. He truly cares about you having a great vacation. We can’t wait to come back!
