The space

Welcome to the Gathering Place: a beautiful home tailor-made for family reunions and group trips.

The main kitchen has a professional 6 burner range with two ovens and is well stocked with cooking essentials. There is a secondary kitchen downstairs and a kitchenette with microwave, ice cream maker, and beverage fridge in the downstairs rec room.

This home has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have King sized beds. One bedroom has a full sized daybed, and the final room is called "The Bunkhouse". With twin bunkbeds, a queen bed, and queen platform bed with play area underneath and built in slide, this space is perfect for the kids!

The master bathroom boasts a "wet room" with two shower heads, body jets, and a separate free-standing soaker tub, as well as dual vanities. Two additional bathrooms have single or dual vanities and tub/shower combinations. There is also a powder room in the downstairs rec room.

You'll find entertainment galore downstairs! The rec room boasts a pool table, sectional, and 65" wall mounted T.V. The hall area contains three arcade games plus a junior sized game for the "littles". In the third play area you'll find puzzles, games and space for 8 to play as well as air hockey and foosball tables.

Enjoy stunning sunset views while grilling on the upstairs balcony, or head out back to relax in the large hot tub while the kids try out the super fun play structure in the beautifully manicured and fully fenced back yard.

Plenty of onsite parking in dual driveways, garage, as well as unmetered street parking.

High chair, booster seat, and portable play yard are provided.

Queen inflatable mattress available.

Parties/Gatherings allowed with prior approval (additional pricing may apply)

Pets allowed with prior approval ($10 per pet, per night)

Hot tub serviced on Mondays and Thursdays

Yard maintenance on Wednesdays.
