Στην αυλή υπάρχει ένα τεράστιο δένδρο ηλικίας πάνω από 80 χρόνων που με την σκιά του προστατεύει όλο σχεδόν το σπίτι από τον καυτό καλοκαιρινό ήλιο της Κρήτης. Ειναι ιδανικός χώρος για χαλάρωση για οικογένειες και παιδιά. Έχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ και βρίσκεται 2 βήματα μόλις από την παραλία. Βρίσκεται κεντρικά του χωριού και είναι πολύ κοντά σε Μίνι μάρκετ καφετέριες και ταβέρνες.
