LOCATION! ALL 5* REVIEWS . BRING YOUR BOAT until Memorial Weekend. Super nice & clean 1/1 with bunks in the hallway. This is a family friendly small complex right on the water. It is walkable to many restaurants, such as the famous Captain Andersons. Walk to Pontoon, jet ski rentals and dolphin tourist attractions. It's also near St. Andrews State Park and 1/2 mile to the sugar sand beaches. Enjoy a nice breeze off of the water on your large balcony with a gas grill. This unit is completely remodeled with coastal decor and a fully stocked kitchen. Linens are provided and 2 large flat screens with basic cable and ready to stream your favorites. The pool is just steps outside. 2nd story view, only accessed by stairs. Must be 25 to book.

Great Place!!!

Our family had a wonderful time. This property is clean, a great location and the owner is wonderful. If you are staying in PCB this is a must stay!!! We will definitely book again.

A place to stay longer

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. A perfect place to stay away a bit from the big tourist events. A beautiful view from the balcony over the lagoon, especially in the evening when the sun calls the day. Kimberly was the perfect host for our needs. Bettina & Peter

Perfect Hidden Treasure

Awesome location!! Condo was just perfect for us to fish, chill, and grill. Parked our boat out on the dock for our 10 day stay. Enjoyed some good Red Snapper fishing when the weather permitted; and frequently used the grill that was provided on the 2nd floor deck. Owner was very attentive and communicated in a timely fashion. Would stay again!

This is our second time staying here! Great communication with owner, location is perfect for boating or 5 minutes to the beach!! Has all the amenities needed to cook in or grill! Just hated to leave…We’ll be back again soon!

The owner was quick to respond and communicate with me!! She has a beautiful condo, with a great view of the Lagoon!! It's incredibly close to beach access, stores, and restaurants as well as St. Andrews State Park!!! We would definitely stay here again if we ever came to PCB!!!

Beautiful condo!

We were very happy to have found this lil gem! The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, fully stocked with everything we needed through out the week. The bed was very comfortable!! Which is a big deal when coming back exhausted from a long day at the beach 😊 I'm so glad there were beach supplies available ( chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, etc.. ) The kids loved the pool and fishing by the dock. The sunsets by the back deck are stunning! St. Andrew's state park is less than 5 minutes down the street. Restaurants and grocery stores also in very close proximity. Kimberly was very nice, and very easy to communicate with. If you're considering visiting the area but want to avoid the crowded strip and still be near the beautiful emerald green waters, this is definitely a great place to stay! Comfortable and enjoyable

Property is just as described. Owen was kind and easy to get in touch with. Clean and organized and welcoming. Could sit on patio and watch boats come in. My daughter befriended a duck. Would recommend!

Awesome place for a family vacation

This place was perfect. The host was easy to contact & very helpful. The view of the lagoon was so beautiful. The place was very clean and stocked with all your basic necessities. It was close to all the beaches and restaurants and grocery stores. Parking was very close and the area felt absolutely safe ! Our kids really enjoyed the pool and fishing in the lagoon . I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Panama City & to top it off it was very affordable!!! Absolutely loved this place and the host !!!!

Perfect get away

We had an amazing time! Perfect location with gorgeous views! Great communication with owner, went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We brought our boat, marina across the street was perfect to rent a slip. The condo was clean, had everything we needed. So nice to have a grill out back to use. We can't wait to come back again!!

Why they chose this property

This small complex is waterfront on the Upper Grand Lagoon. The views are great both day and night. It's super convenient to the beach, St. Andrews State Park, bars, restaurants and attractions and grocery stores.

What makes this property unique

My unit is the 2nd closest to the water for better views. I just added a new Fireplace and the unit is totally renovated with everything you will need for your stay.
