Convenient location near Grandin village, the Berglund Center and Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Many bars, restaurants, convenience and grocery stores within walking distance. Short commute to Mill Mountain Star and Jefferson College of Health Sciences. Perfect for up to two guests.
The space
Full size bed, coffee table, couch, two chairs, tv, office area, dining area with keurg complimentary coffee, tea, cappuccino full kitchen fully stocked, central air and heat, full bath with walk-in shower. Fully fenced-in private yard with walkway and patio, perfect for pets outdoor barbecues.

Up to 2 parking spaces available in front of fence gate. Convenient and private entryway. Nicely sized fully fenced in yard, One and a half levels with loft, no stairs. Suitable for handicapped guests that do not require handrails. (Step in shower only, no tub, not a roll-in shower)

Visiting my daughter
While visiting my daughter and her family. This cozy efficiency gave me and mom the perfect place to retreat to in the evening hours. We were very impressed the the attention to detail in cleanliness and preparations for our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to others !
