The Jersey Girl, 2/2 with stunning ocean views!

Quiet Flagler Beach home, newly remodeled, and nestled between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. Bright 2-BR oceanfront home with cable TV, internet, plank flooring throughout. Fully furnished, full kitchen, 2 porches, laundry, outdoor shower. Complete with stocked kitchen, linens. We are a short walk to the closest beach walkover.

The space

2 bedrooms. Main bedroom has a king bed, bunk room is outfitted with a queen bed and a set of twin bunks. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Comfortable sofa and chairs in living room. Flat screen TV in living room and bedrooms. Huge kitchen island with a dining table with an amazing view. Enjoy the deck and feel the ocean breezes. Everything is here waiting for you. The ocean is just across the road. Please....
NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE OR ON THE PROPERTY.

Guest access

This unit is the top floor of the home and is completely separate. The downstairs unit is listed separately. Separate outdoor spaces for both units. This unit has its own deck with unobstructed views of the ocean, along with a western facing deck off the main bed room. There are in house laundry facilities for your convenience.

Other things to note
Kitchen stocked with basic condiments, dishes, glasses, silverware for 6 guests, pots and pans. All bed linens and towels for 6. Beach towels & Beach Chairs are available,

For stays of five nights or longer, we’re happy to offer a few cozy, hotel-style comforts to make your time by the coast even more relaxing. Guests can request a mid-stay light cleaning, fresh towels and linens, replenished toiletries and essentials, and help with local recommendations or planning your beach days. We’re also glad to stop by for trash pick-up or any small needs that come up during your stay. These services are available upon request and included with longer bookings so you can fully unwind and enjoy the coastal breeze.

*** There are dune walkovers at almost every cross street off of A1A, and the closest one is just a 2 minute walk away.***

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take the trash out to the back carport where the bins are located. If your stay includes a Sunday or Wednesday, please pull the bin to the alley way for pick up on Monday or Thursday mornings.
NO smoking inside or outside. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do NOT allow pets. If you violate this rule, we will be charging at non-fundable Fee of $500.
Please keep voices and noises down after 8pm. Please do not smoke on the property inside or outside. Thank you!

Jersey Girl stay Flagler

We stayed 3 nights, and would stay longer next time. Easy access to beach and places to eat very close to walk to. Very comfortable bed in master bedroom. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and snacks provided by owner very appreciated. Seating in living room very comfortable also. Plenty of seating on patio to view the ocean.
