Why Randy Cody chose Flagler Beach
Flagler Beach is a small community on the east coast directly between Daytona Beach and St. Agustine. Flagler provides that old Florida charm and family atmosphere that is so hard to find anymore.
What makes this House unique
Spectacular views of the ocean and sunrise. Large 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home with all of the amenites of home. Flagler Beach is quit tranquil, in fact you'll find that you'll have the beach pretty much to yourselves. One of the few locations you can open a beer and enjoy the beach legally! The small town atmoshere, and locally owned restaurants make Flagler Beach The perfect vacation spot!

I have a 90 refund policy. Amazing home and location!
I would highly recommend staying here. The house was very clean, well equipped, and in a great location.
Rhonda thank you once again for staying with us! I'm so happy to hear that you and everyone in your party had a wonderful time! I certainly hope to hear from you again in the future!
We had a great time!
Chris I'm so happy to hear you had a wonderful time at our home! Thank you for staying with us, we certainly hope to hear from you again in the future1
We found this house when we learned we'd be in St Augustine for Thanksgiving, I knew I needed a large place with a good kitchen so I could cook and have room for all the kids (adult children lol). The home itself is beautiful..and had a nice family feel to it. Everyone had plenty of room to do their own thing or join the family. Very comfortable! The views from the deck are amazing (nothing like making Thanksgiving dressing and watching the dolphins play!) The beds were excellent...everyone was happy! I think we've decided to make this our family meeting spot in the future!! :)
I have to give the kitchen its own review... I was worried Id not find what I needed to cook a large family meal and packed half my kitchen to bring with me (Just in case). I was WRONG lol my stuff stayed in the car..this kitchen was almost as well stocked with pots/pans utensils as my own home! Well organized so I could find anything I needed and flowed well. (made cooking easy! lol)
The owner Randy was a delight to work with and made it hassle free.
The only thing I would add would be better directions upon entering the home.. parking is in the back and at night it was harder to find. (or it could have been me as I was super tired from the drive! lol)
Laurel, thank you very much for the kind words, they are most appreciated. I would love to have you stay with us again in the future! Thanks again for staying with us!
Everything was perfect. Water heater a little funky.
James thank you once again for staying with us! As I mentioned a new hot water heater has been installed. I certainly hope to hear from you again in the future!
The house was absolutely gorgeous. It was a perfect location. My family and I had a great time. We were in Flagler Beach for my brother’s wedding and this was so much nicer than a hotel.
Patricia, thank you so much for staying with us once again. It is allows a pleasure to receive feedback like this! I'm very happy you and everyone in your party had a great time! I certainly hope to hear from you again in the future!
Flagler beach home
The home itself was great, had dampness mustie smell when walking in like it had been unattended for weeks/months. Could not get ceiling fan to work whole time. The tv only worked in one bedroom far as getting all channels advertised. And the hot water was ridiculous, I was only in shower and nothing else using water was running and you would lose hot water after about 2 minutes in the shower it would go cold and take several minutes to come back warm. The bath downstairs people came up to use master bath but all bath done the same thing. Noticed it has tankless instant water heater and it may just need be adjusted. And doing the road construction in front of the home there is no beach access for 3 blocks.
David, thank you very much for staying with us. I appreciate your comments and will be taking care of everything asap. I was actually at the house just prior to your arrival so I'm a bit baffled as to the problems you encountered. I did not notice a damp smell during my stay. I asked my cleaning folks to make sure they looked into this and it appears whatever problem you had has been remedied. Thanks for the heads up!
As for the fan I am really at a loss. I did have the switch which controls the fan replaced and it was working fine upon my departure. I also spoke with the folks that came in after your party departed to see if the fan was working. They informed me everything was fine and the fan was working properly. I'm wondering if the switch was in the off position and you simply did not realize the fan was on a switch?? Anyway the fan is working!!
Now for the tankless hot water heater, once again everything worked fine while I was there. I'm not sure why things have to act up after I depart. The tankless hot water heater was serviced while I was at the house as this is the 2nd one I've purchased. The sensor in the 1st tank started to go bad and we had the same issue you incurred. I would have been able to help if you simply contacted me. Now that I have had a couple more renters in the house since your departure it does appear the sensor is going bad. I will be replacing the tank asap. In the mean time, I was informed the simple solution to the problem is to make sure the sensor recognizes the need to supply hot water, all that needs to be done is to turn on a 2nd source of hot water or the bathroom sink in the bathroom in which you are taking a shower. This solution is working until I can get the new tank installed.
I do inform all of my recent quests prior to their arrival the State of Florida, Flagler County and the City of Flagler Beach after many many years of indecision have finally installed a hurricane wall from 18th street to Auspry Ave. All construction is complete and they are now reinstalling the boardwalks to 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st streets. I do inform all quests of this issue in the documentation I provide. I am really happy to say this will be complete within the next couple of months.
Once again thank you for staying with us! If anyone reading this has a problem with our home in the future please contact me asap, I will be more than happy to find a solution to your problem as soon as I possibly can.
