A wood burning fireplace, saltwater pool and spa set at 84 degrees, great kitchen, stainless appliances and induction cooktop, outdoor eating area for 6 under a jasmine covered pergola with ceiling fan, gas grill and screened front porch. Set back from the road by vegetation allows for coveted privacy. Parking for 3 cars in driveway. Close to the airport, beaches, fine dining, Publix and Whole Foods, cultural venues and more.
