Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, oven, microwave, cookware, service for 4, Keurig, blender, toaster, and more! Dedicated workspace if needed. Relax on the brand new couches and enjoy the Roku TV or sit on the back deck and listen to the birds sing as you sip your coffee. Take a stroll on the paved drive around the pond on the property and see fish, turtles, and other wildlife! When you're ready to turn in for the night, you'll get a good night's sleep in the buttery soft sheets. Zzzzzzz....Need a getaway or a home base for events in the area??? This is your spot! 15 min from Lake Wylie, 25 min from Rock Hill/Winthrop, 45 min from Charlotte

Quiet and cozy

This was a perfect place for our overnight stop. The owners were wonderful and had snacks waiting for us and had set up an extra bed for our kids. The house was clean and the perfect amount of space. It is tucked in a quiet spot and very pretty area.

Nice getaway

Visiting grandkids, this was helpful with location. Quiet, beautiful scenery, all around the perfect place to stay for us. About 5 miles out of town & secluded lot. Cozy place to come back to and get a good nights sleep after a full day of activities.

Incredible relaxing getaway

This place was just what the doctor ordered if you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing place to stay for the night, weekend, etc. Place was very clean, had a very welcoming atmosphere and easily accessible to return home to, even at night. The host was great with communication, quick to reply with any questions or responses and very kind & friendly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and just a short drive to anything in the Charlotte area.

Remote, functional, and adequate

The property was clean and it worked. During booking, I missed that there was no washer and dryer, which is important to us. The kitchen had the necessary appliances but was sparse on utensils, seasonings, etc. and the countertop was very high. The desk, listed as a feature, was non-functional because of the configuration. The back porch was very peaceful.
