Welcome to Amberwood Mesa at Brasada Ranch! With wide-open spaces surrounding and within this home, you will find everything that you need to enjoy your vacation has already been planned for you. Amenities include Brasada ranch resort access, Hot tub, sleeps 8 and has a private covered patio!
Enter the home and an open concept living/dining room/kitchen welcomes you with natural light and gorgeous decor. There is plenty of space for gathering, preparing a meal, and sharing time together. The main floor boasts a beautiful Primary Suite with a comfortable king bed, walk in closet and Primary Ensuite Bathroom with walk in shower. This room has private access to the back patio with a hot tub. A queen bedroom with marvelous large windows is also located on the main level. A powder room and laundry room are located on the first floor.

Upstairs is the perfect space for relaxation. With wonderful separation, there is a bonus room area to enjoy a movie, read a book, or play a game. A room with two twin beds is located upstairs as well as a King bed

The Ranch amenities include the private 18 hole Golf Course designed by Peter Jacobsen/Jim Hardy, The Athletic Club featuring indoor and outdoor pools, kids play room, equestrian center, Spa Brasada, Ranch house for casual dining or Range Restaurant for fine dining. The General Store provides provisions from wine to fresh vegetables. Outdoor tennis courts, sand volleyball, bocce ball, playground, walking, hiking and biking trails (showshoe in the winter). 300 days of sunshine a year and year round recreation from fly fishing in the Deschutes to skiing at Mt. Bachelor to hiking or rock climbing at Smith Rock.


𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: There is a non-negotiable, per person, per night, resort charge for all guests six years of age and older. These fees will be charged to your reservation after booking. Resort fee is collected even if you choose not to use the facilities.

The resort fee provides guests with access to golf, spa, multiple pools (indoor and outdoor), fitness room, open-air peloton studio, tennis, horseback tours, stocked ponds for fishing, kids center and daily kids' activities (some advanced reservations and additional fees may apply).

𝗢𝗰𝘁 𝟭 - 𝗗𝗲𝗰 𝟯𝟭: $𝟯𝟲 𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘨𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵, 𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘯𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵.

*The resort has a $100 additional charge for any last minute reservations (those booked within 48 hours of check-in date)

**Changes made to the resort forms once submitted or submitted within 48 hours of arrival will have additional fee of $100.

***If a reconciliation is required on the resort forms for the amount of guest, the guest will be charged $50 per person

-Cascade Pool is available for Brasada members only. The main outdoor and indoor pool guest have access to.

-Resort facilities shall be open on the days and during the hours as established by the Resort. The Resort reserves the right to close portions of the Resort facilities or restrict access for any reason. At this time, the gym/pool is staffed and open to all from 10 am to 8 pm.

HOUSE RULES
*Please follow these house rules. If our team notices these have not been followed you could be liable and subject to a fee.

No shoes allowed in the home. Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
Please keep food in kitchen area. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room.
Please keep all children’s art supplies and krafts away from upholstery and carpet. No coloring or art and crafts in the bedrooms or living room.
Children 5 years and younger must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.
No smoking of any product inside the home or within 20ft of the exterior of the home and please pick up after yourself around the property.
When using the BBQ please pull it away from house and ensure a 3 foot clearance around all sides.
Please pick up all trash (inside and out) upon check out and place it in the trash and/or recycling bins.
If you move furniture or decor items please put them back in their original place.
We understand accidents happen, if something is broken or damaged during your stay, please notify us so we don’t stumble upon something when we come in after your stay.
Please double check for personal belongings before departure. If items are left and you’d like us to mail them we require payment prior to shipping.
