1 bed, 1 bath, downstairs unit. The unit is near the pool (just out the dining patio) and near the tennis/pickleball courts. The unit is oversized 1 bed (officially called 1 bed/den) that was completely remodeled in November 2022. Meticulous unit. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. A luxurious spa-like bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. There is no tub. Queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Cable, WiFi, and Utilities included.
