Beautiful brand new Studio Unit/Mother In Law Guest Suite with a totally private entrance, an Uber ride to the Casinos or Downtown Palm Springs. New construction, new wood floors, new 42 inch smart TV, Microwave, Fridge, Toaster Oven (no stove) Nespresso machine. Like a Hotel....but better! Brand new Tempurpedic Queen Murphy Bed, luxury linens, organic soaps, lotions and luxury haircare. Cute outdoor patio area with brand new Turf installed. Like a Hotel....but better! Sadly, City Tax of 12.5% is still required by law. Electronic key pad for entry and exit, with Ring cameras and outdoor lighting for your safety and Covid Clean. Communal Pool and Gym just a few blocks away (requires my FOB) 1 month or more reservations only please (HOA rules) Traveling nurses pay special discounted rates. Please note that the tax is INCLUDED in the nighty rate

Why they chose this property
Views, privacy, safety, everything is brand new, and I love hosting! LGBQT+ friendly, safe, small but luxurious. Communal GYM and Pool just a stroll away and Downtown Palm Springs is just a short drive away. 1 month stay required by my HOA, Travel nurses get special rates ! HOA has a free new gym and huge pool with lots of tennis options too!

I LOVE hosting, and can help you with local suggestions and recos and am only ever just a call away. It's been my life long dream to build a home with a guest suite I could rent out!
