Are you looking for a getaway from your day-to-day life,
Come join us for a visit To Villa Nasua. We are a small villa composed of 6 condos and located in downtown Jaco, only 4 blocks (400 meters) away from the beach.
Discover Jaco Beach in Costa Rica, a renowned surfing town known for its consistent waves and year-round surfing.
Villa Nasua is a short walk to shops, restaurants/bars, and grocery stores.
The Condo offers gardens and a swimming pool complete the beauty of the villa.
The condos are spacious and each unit is a 2-story building that is Clean and comfortable with AC in the bedrooms and ceiling fans. There is hot water throughout the condo, wood closets, and a safe deposit box in each bedroom.
Each condo has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed
Bedroom #3 has 2 twin-size beds.
There are 2 full bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs, and all rooms come with towels for showering.
(hot water is powered by solar)
On the first floor, The living room has a flat TV, comfortable sofas, wireless internet, and one secured gated parking space per condo. You will find the fully equipped kitchen with a large stove and oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, blender, and various utensils to prepare your meals. The dining room has a large table that seats 6 people.
All six condos share a large pool, in the center of Villa Nasua with all its different nature
Each condo has access to a parking spot in the lot.
Villa Nasua is A gated area, The office is open during the day and there is a night guard at night.
