Séjour professionnel.

A l’arrivée, grosse surprise, nous avions loué un appartement avec 2 chambres comportant 2 lits 2 places, il n’y avait qu’une chambre avec un lit 2 places, l’autre chambre étant une sorte de débarras aveugle d’à peine 3m2 avec un petit lit à ressors d’après-guerre (photo évidemment absente sur la description de l’appartement). D’après le propriétaire, c’était une erreur qui a évidemment été corrigée après notre arrivée. L’appartement était dans un état pitoyable, les toilettes (dont la chasse est par ailleurs défectueuse) dans état lamentable.Nous avons nettoyé l’appartement de fond en comble, décapé la porcelaine des toilettes devenues marron avec le temps, avons retiré une poussière qui devait être là depuis fort longtemps. Un nez de marche (récolé avec du double-face??) s’est dérobé sous nos pas (nous l’avons réparé nous même). Nous avons peu apprécié un message du propriétaire pour nous dire de façon très impolie que nous gênions le voisinage par nos bruits alors que nous n’étions pas présents ce week-end, nous étions en déplacement professionnel. Un propriétaire qui se souci plus du confort du voisinage que celui de ses locataires, c’est du jamais vu! L’équipement est désuet, lave-linge dépassé, étendoir rouillé et branlant, un fer à repasser des années 90 et pas de planche à repasser; la SdB pourrie est bien loin de la photo de l’annonce. Une porte de placard de cuisine est manquante. Bref, encore un logement-pognon ou le locataire n’est qu’une vache à lait.
