Bring your family and friends to The BOUJEE SPRUCE - packed with fun, custom features that the whole family can enjoy! The cabin sleeps up to 12 guests among 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Kids will LOVE the upgraded bunk room with tube slide, TV, and arcades. Everyone can enjoy a dip in the indoor pool and outdoor patio hot tub. Set up a camp fire out front in the awesome fire pit. The back deck captures a great view of the Smoky Mountains and includes a propane grill. Families will enjoy the views, the pool, and the area for a great getaway near the Smoky Mountains.
Accommodations include:
> 4 bedrooms
- Main Floor Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom + walk out to back deck with Smoky Mountain views
- Custom Bunk Room Room with 3 full size bunks + Tube Slide + TV area + Pacman Wall Arcade
- 2 upstairs bedrooms with queen bed each and shared full bathroom
> Covered Patio with Hot Tub
> Indoor Pool Room with heated pool and custom wall mural
> Outdoor Fire Pit Area with surround seating
> Open concept main floor with living room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen
> Rec / Game Room with multiple arcade systems and TV
The Booking Guest must be at least 21 years old to book this property and must be present during the reserved dates. These are terms that are agreed in the required Rental Agreement.
Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with Great Escapes Homes. We use an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez, and will provide guests an OwnerRez Rental Agreement link to the rental agreement after booking.
Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 12 people for this property.
