This apartment is a studio, suitable to accommodate 2 adults + 2 kids below 14, and it is located in Discovery Gardens very close to metro station. The apartment is fully furnished. It offers a comfortable and convenient stay for both business travelers and vacationers.

The studio is 45 sqm. A large room equipped with queen bed, Sofa, dining table and a TV.
Relax on the cozy sofa while enjoying your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Large Built in wardrobe.

Guest Access:
To access the building and to swimming poool area, you will be provided with an access card that you can find at the apartment. We will also notify the building security in advance of your arrival to ensure a smooth entry into the building.

The Neighborhood:
Discovery Gardens is a bustling neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Whether you're looking for a quick bite to eat, a place to relax with a cup of coffee, or an evening out with friends, you'll find plenty of options here.

One of the biggest draws of Discovery Gardens is its easy access to transportation. The gardens Metro Station is literally 5 minutes walk away, providing convenient access to all of Dubai's top attractions, including the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and Palm Jumeirah.
It is also very convenient to go to Dubai expo,Jebel Ali and JLT Area if you are coming to work in these business and industrial areas.

Getting Around:
If you're coming by car, Discovery Gardens Street 3 is just a short drive away from all the main highways, Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Khail Road, E311 - Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Road. The apartment also offers free parking, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot for your vehicle.

If you prefer public transportation, the Dubai Metro is a great option. The nearest metro station, Al Furjan Metro Station, is just a 5-minute walk from our apartment. From there, you can take the metro to several popular destinations, including Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Jebel Ali, Expo City and Dubai Mall.

If you prefer to travel by bus, there are several bus stops located near our apartment. The buses in Dubai are air-conditioned and comfortable, making them a great option for getting around the city.
