This charming mid-century modern ranch house has a remodeled bathroom. It has an open concept living room, kitchen and dining area and three roomy bedrooms with built-in drawers in the closets.
The interior walls have been completely repainted with decor thruout in restful shades of green. The bedrooms have carpet and the rest of the floors are refinished hardwood.
This location is two blocks from the downtown area and one block from beautiful Central Gardens.
The lot is surrounded by 9 beautiful trees that are approximately 60 years old.
There is a patio seating area with a BBQ Grill and Firepit in the front of the house that is shaded most of the day.
