Living room with gas fireplace, 55 inch TV with Netflix and Prime. Dedicated workspace with wifi and USB charging station. Double occupancy suited or family of four with 2 cot beds. No pets, non smoking.

Lovely Suite

They had an issue with their high tech electric toilet but the landlord was very lovely, the suite is beautiful and central, and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent stay for the price. All the bells and whistles!

Why they chose this property

We moved to Salmon Arm from the lower mainland 1 1/2 years ago because we have good friends here. We really enjoy the relaxed lifestyle, wineries, ciderys, unique shops and restaurants

What makes this property unique

We have a 1930s detached home on a double lot. The garden suite is completely under our deck, so there is no noise to be heard from upstairs. It has 2 entrances, one off of the bedroom overlooking the yard. It is a mere 10 minute walk to restaurants, shopping and the wharf on the lake.
