This house sits in an established, safe, and quiet neighborhood and is located less than 4 miles from Notre Dame. You can be to the stadium in 10 minutes! The pool can generally be enjoyed May 1st through October 1st. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy outdoor as well as indoor fun and games. The basement is finished complete with a bedroom, full bathroom, movie projector, pool table and darts. The kitchen is equipped with a Beko appliance suite. The bathrooms have been updated on the second floor and new flooring installed. Come on in and enjoy your weekend in this updated Mid Century pool house!
