"EASY BREEZY" is located in the Phoenix II building in Orange Beach, Alabama! Orange Beach is a great beach destination with marvelous restaurants, bars, shopping and one of the most beautiful beaches just steps away.

Phoenix II guests have access to all the amenities at the Phoenix I and the Phoenix III building as well! EASY BREEZY" only requires 10 steps!

"EASY BREEZY" is a great choice for families that want to make memories together on the beach!

"EASY BREEZY" is a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit that is set up to sleep 6 guests. This unit offers:
• A king size bed
• Junior bunks (bunks are not suitable for anyone over 5 feet tall)
• Sleeper sofa
• Stunning Gulf View
• Tile flooring throughout
• Fully equipped kitchen
• In unit laundry
• Full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Upon arrival park out front and walk up the required 10 steps and into paradise! You can immediately tell how well this unit is taken care of as soon as you walk in!

As you are walking into the unit on your right will be the bedroom. The bedroom has a king size bed, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan and its own private entrance into the bathroom!

The bathroom is a full bath that has a tub/shower combo and a wood vanity sink with a granite countertop. This bathroom has 2 entrances, 1 entrance is in the master bedroom and the other entrance is in the hallway by the junior bunks.

The junior bunks can accommodate younger children, less than 5 foot tall.

The living room area offers a STUNNING Gulf view! It also offers a sleeper sofa, an armchair and a smart TV. The balcony is accessed through the living room. The balcony is above the swimming pool so you can hang out on the balcony and watch the kids have fun below and enjoy the amazing Gulf and beach view!

There is a dining area with a table that seats 4.

In the kitchen you will find wood cabinets, granite countertops, a tiled backsplash, a pantry to store your dry goods, range, above the range microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, drip style coffee pot and all the pots, pans, dishes and silverware you will need is all right there as well!

We give you the code to the door so you can check in anytime after 4 p.m. without needing to go by a management office for a key. You just park, grab your bags and walk right into the condo!

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING COMPLEX AND UNIT, INCLUDING OUR BALCONY and E-Cigs. If you want to smoke, please do so outside in the smoking area at Phoenix I and dispose of butts. There is no smoking even in the parking lot at Phoenix II.

You must go to the office in Phoenix 1 (if you arrive before 5:00 p.m.) or the office in Phoenix 3 (if after 5:00 p.m.) to purchase your parking pass. The parking pass will be good for the duration of your stay. Our unit is only allowed one parking pass unless it is off-season. Parking pass prices are controlled by the HOA and are subject to change at their discretion!
