📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
🐶 Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended.
🔹 According to the ADA - "Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
🚮 Trash Chutes are located by the stairwell
🚫 No smoking/vaping and parties allowed
🚗 Your (1) parking pass is included in the Cleaning Fee and will be waiting for you in condo.
🔹 If you need a 2nd pass ($30.00/pass), please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, or you can purchase one from Sugar Sands down the road from the condo.
🔹 Passes must be displayed in your vehicle at all times while on the property.
🔹 Parking is on a first come first serve basis and you may park in any available space.
🔹 The cost of parking passes is set by Tradewinds Management and is subject to change at any time without notice.
