Condo is fully furnished, with a brand new 55" TV in living room, and a wall mounted TV in bedroom #1.
Upgraded kitchen w/extended granite countertop, new cabinets, roll out trays, high end Samsung appliances. Bedroom #1 offers a king bed with remodeled shower, walk in closet with built ins. Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed, TV, and a full bath with a warming light.
Enjoy magnificent evening sunsets on this west facing open air lanai, which overlooks a lake. Samsung washer and dryer are hidden behind mirrored doors in the lanai.
New linens, bath & kitchen towels & tableware. Includes high speed Wifi and Roku service.
The front porch offers a table & 2 chairs, which overlook the Pool and Hot Tub which is only steps away!!
Walk the 1/2 mile loop around the private gated community of NBTC, while enjoying the many lakes and tranquil landscaping. Exercise with a game of tennis, which is just short walk over a delightful footbridge to Sanchez Academy. Courts are available for a minimal fee, reservations are required. Numerous public golf courts and gorgeous beaches are only minutes away. Beach chairs are available and stored in the outside closet!

Clean and efficient!

Spent 3 months during the winter at this 2 bedroom condo. The unit was clean and I had everything I needed during my stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and the pool is a stones throw from the front door. If you’re looking for a nice 2 bedroom, I highly recommend this location.
